Job Title: Production Engineer Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Department: Production & Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement production schedules to meet organizational goals. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operational and well-maintained. Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to streamline operations. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years in a production engineering role within the manufacturing or fabrication industry. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CNC machinery, robotic welding arms, and advanced fabrication tools. Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ERP systems. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
