Production Engineer

Position: Production Engineer

Department: R&D / Engineering

Experience: 0–4 years in fabrication/manufacturing

Location: Pilon Engineering Pvt Ltd, Bhosari.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the development, fabrication, and assembly of skid-mounted systems as per R&D requirements.

 Work on pressure vessel fabrication, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

 Oversee structural fabrication for various equipment and systems. Coordinate and monitor equipment fabrication activities to ensure quality and timely completion. Support welding operations, ensuring proper welding processes, quality checks, and safety compliance.

 Manage assembly and integration of mechanical components, skids, and prototypes.

 Execute and supervise piping and tubing work related to R&D projects.

 Work closely with design, R&D, and quality teams to implement fabrication changes and improvements.

 Maintain production records, material usage logs, and assist in BOM verification.

 Ensure adherence to company safety policies and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of skid-mounted systems and equipment integration.

 Hands-on experience with pressure vessels and related fabrication processes.

 Good understanding of structure fabrication, layout, and material handling.

 Practical exposure to welding processes (TIG, MIG, ARC) and welding quality parameters.

 Knowledge of assembly, integration, and alignment of mechanical components.

 Experience in piping and tubing routing, installation, and testing.

 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and fabrication drawings.

 Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

 Basic understanding of quality standards (ISO/ASME preferred).

 Hands-on working approach and willingness to work on the shop floor.

 Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
