With an expanding digital footprint, we're looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Manager to drive organic growth, improve search engine visibility, and increase lead generation and demat account openings through strategic SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals such as lead generation, demat account openings, and traffic growth.
• Target high-intent keywords like “free demat account,” “stock trading,” and similar, along with long-tail and LSI keywords.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and align efforts with E-E-A-T and SEO best practices.

Keyword Research & Content Planning

• Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and Search Console.
• Define keyword clusters for blogs, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimized content that ranks and drives conversions.

On-Page & Technical SEO

• Optimize site structure, internal linking, meta tags, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
• Perform technical audits and resolve issues like slow load speed, mobile usability, and crawl errors.
• Ensure all SEO enhancements positively impact lead quality and site UX.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Plan and execute white-hat link-building campaigns (guest posts, PR, citations, authority links).
• Focus on quality backlinks that improve domain authority and keyword positions.
• Implement local SEO strategies where applicable.

Competitor Analysis

• Analyze competitor websites, ranking strategies, and backlink profiles.
• Identify opportunities to outperform rivals in SERPs through gap analysis and smarter content targeting.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.
• Provide monthly reports covering keyword positions, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Suggest improvements based on user behavior, keyword trends, and goal conversions.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or financial services.
• Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
• Strong understanding of Google's algorithm updates, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Good grasp of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tie SEO performance to business KPIs.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, tech, design, and marketing teams.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in high-traffic financial websites
• Familiarity with lead-based metrics and CRM integrations
• Understanding of how SEO works with paid marketing campaigns
