Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. As a full-time SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our clients' search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Your role will involve overseeing both on-page and off-page optimization, along with technical SEO implementation, to achieve optimum results for our clients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies and a strong understanding of current SEO trends and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO practices, including site architecture, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes.
  • Expertise in on-page optimization techniques such as keyword research, content optimization, and meta tag creation to ensure content ranks highly.
  • Strong abilities in off-page SEO, including link building and influencer partnerships, to increase website authority and relevance.
  • Experience in client handling, managing expectations, and maintaining relationships to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey SEO strategies and results to clients and team members.
  • Adept at preparing detailed SEO reports and analytics, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
  • Must have a proactive approach to stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance skills in the ever-evolving digital landscape.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to individual client needs to enhance their online presence and meet business goals.
  • Conduct thorough site audits and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and recommend improvements in structure and performance.
  • Implement on-page optimization techniques to ensure content is aligned with targeted keywords and search engine requirements.
  • Manage and execute off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building strategies, outreach, and social media linkage for brand strengthening.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure continuous optimization and SEO alignment of all marketing materials and communications.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate SEO with broader marketing campaigns and enhance overall digital strategies.
  • Continuously research and implement the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge in search rankings.
