Job Summary: As the SEO Manager at Alkye, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our clients' digital strategies to enhance their online visibility, drive organic traffic, and boost conversions. You will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proven track record of elevating search engine rankings and website performance. Key to success in this role is strong Digital Performance Marketing skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute the SEO roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with product development and other relevant teams. Drive organic search traffic through meticulous site audits, keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis. Work collaboratively with the content development team to create SEO-driven content aimed at increasing organic traffic. Utilize core performance marketing platforms and SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Firebase, Tableau & Google Data Studio) to monitor and optimize SEO performance. Leverage Google Analytics and Google Looker for comprehensive data analysis and insights generation. Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics reports to track key SEO metrics, performance trends, and campaign effectiveness. Stay abreast of SEO, ASO, YouTube, and internet marketing industry trends, while maintaining an in-depth understanding of Google algorithms. Demonstrate proficiency in Core Web Vitals, page loading speed optimization, and troubleshooting various technical SEO issues. Design and execute a robust link building strategy across multiple websites. Implement organic marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Leverage social media marketing channels to amplify SEO efforts and increase brand presence. Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and delivery. Exhibit proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid technical understanding of website usability, server logs, structured data, XML sitemaps, indexation issues, and content crawl management. Desired Qualifications & Experience: 4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as lead a team effectively. Proven track record as an SEO Manager or similar role, with tangible results to showcase. Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset to interpret data effectively. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Looker, dashboarding, and analytics report generation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Increase in organic search traffic and rankings.
