We are looking for a passionate and data-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts and elevate our clients organic performance, focusing on maximizing visibility across all modern search touchpoints, including AIO, AEO, and GEO . Role The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive SEO strategies for Rhad Agency's clients. This role requires a deep technical understanding of search engines and a strategic mindset. You will be a key player in driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and increasing overall client ROI, with a specific focus on All-in-One (AIO) search excellence . Key Responsibility Strategy & Advanced Optimization (AIO Focus) Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) for a diverse range of clients and industries. Lead All-in-One (AIO) SEO strategy, ensuring maximized visibility and traffic across the entire Search Engine Results Page (SERP) landscape . This includes: Optimizing for standard text results. Implementing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to secure Featured Snippets and PAA (People Also Ask) boxes. Ensuring content is optimized for Image, Video, and Shopping carousels. Integrating strategy with Local/Geographic (GEO) SEO efforts. Conduct advanced keyword research that accounts for natural language, voice search, and diverse user intent across all search formats. Technical & Geographic SEO Manage and execute Geographic (GEO) SEO strategies, including optimizing Google Business Profiles and managing localized citations for clients with physical or service-area-based businesses. Implement structured data (Schema markup) robustly to support rich results and enhance machine understanding of content, critical for AIO and AEO performance. Work closely with development teams to ensure all core technical elements (crawlability, indexing, site speed/Core Web Vitals) support an optimal search experience. Reporting & Communication Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations specific to AIO, AEO, and GEO performance goals. Present detailed performance reports and strategic roadmaps to clients and internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3+ years of dedicated experience managing SEO strategies, preferably within a digital agency environment . Proven track record of driving significant improvements in organic performance across diverse SERP features. Demonstrable experience and success in executing strategies for: All-in-One (AIO) SEO: Achieving visibility across all search result types (video, image, local, etc.). Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Securing high-value SERP features like Featured Snippets. Geographic (GEO) SEO: Managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles and local ranking factors. Deep expertise in current SEO best practices, algorithm factors, and technical SEO elements. Proficiency with essential SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush,Google Search Console, Google Business Profile Manager). Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the ability to measure performance across all AIO channels. Experience with voice search optimization and conversational query analysis. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento) and their SEO-related plugins/modules. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to advanced AEO and technical SEO implementation.
