Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location : Sector 44, Gurugram (Travel required) Experience : 3+ Years Employment Type : Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, understanding business requirements, and translating them into functional solutions. As a Salesforce BA, you will play a critical role in gathering requirements, implementing solutions, and ensuring the alignment of business processes with Salesforce capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and customizations. Solution Design : Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to design solutions based on the requirements and business needs. Create detailed functional specifications and user stories. Salesforce Configuration : Understand Salesforce out-of-the-box features and configuration options, such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, etc., and assist in configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements. Process Mapping : Map business processes to Salesforce workflows, ensuring that the system is optimized for end-user adoption and operational efficiency. UAT & Testing : Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts by preparing test cases, conducting testing sessions, and gathering feedback. Ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business needs and are of high quality. Training & Support : Provide training to end users and support them post-implementation. Assist in the creation of user manuals, training documentation, and other necessary resources. Reporting & Analytics : Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to ensure that key business metrics are tracked, and stakeholders have access to real-time insights. Stakeholder Communication : Engage with business users and technical teams regularly to ensure that projects are delivered on time, meet expectations, and align with overall business objectives. Change Management : Assist with the change management process, ensuring smooth adoption of Salesforce across different departments. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis, including working with various Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Salesforce Knowledge : Strong understanding of Salesforce products, features, and functionality. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. Tools & Technologies : Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, and third-party integrations. Experience with Salesforce data management tools is a plus. Business Process Knowledge : Deep understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and how they relate to Salesforce functionality. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively. Problem Solving : Ability to identify problems, analyze them, and create feasible solutions. Certifications : Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst-related certifications are preferred.
