Job Description

Experience: 2 Years Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Process & Operations Management Develop, document, and optimize marketing processes to enhance team efficiency. Oversee the use of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho Marketing Suite, Google Analytics) for campaign execution and performance tracking. Coordinate marketing calendars, ensuring alignment across campaigns and channels. Create and maintain marketing dashboards to track KPIs and campaign success metrics. 2. Campaign Management Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and more. Manage campaign schedules, ensuring all assets and deliverables are on track. Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling assets for campaigns. 3. Performance Marketing Coordinate the execution of paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic advertising. Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, and ROI, and provide actionable insights. Ensure seamless coordination with the performance marketing team to optimize budgets and strategies. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (content, design, sales, product, etc.) to gather requirements and align on deliverables. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure quality and timely completion of projects. Facilitate regular updates and reports to senior management on campaign progress and results. 5. Tool & Platform Management Use Slack for seamless communication and collaboration across teams. Manage project workflows in Asana to track tasks, timelines, and dependencies. Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) for lead nurturing and email campaigns. Ensure proper utilization and integration of CRM tools like Salesforce. 6. Performance Reporting & Optimization Analyze and report on campaign performance, including website traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance campaign results. Stay updated on marketing trends and tools to recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role. Proficiency in project management tools like Asana and communication platforms like Slack. Experience with LinkedIn campaign management, email marketing, and performance marketing platforms. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LookerStudio, or similar. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques. Show more Show less
