We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional who will act as the key link between young athletes, their parents, and healthcare professionals. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, seamless coordination, and an excellent experience for all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between athletes , and the internal team
Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, sessions, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress tracking
Address queries from the athletes promptly and professionally
Ensure clear communication and smooth workflow among all parties

Requirements & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Proactive mindset with effective problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
