You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. Job Description Our Enterprise Services organization is looking for a Salesforce leader who is a key member of the Global CRM team. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Salesforce Business Analyst should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. As a leader of the team, you have a direct impact on design, standards, security, and feature enhancements for our user base in 41 countries, with 6,000 employees supporting 3000 clients. This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities: Support the development of a strategic vision for the platform (product development, enhancements, etc.) and embrace the criticality of gaining its adoption. Maintain effective business relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the utmost concern for stakeholder and project impact. Manage expectations with business stakeholders, managed services, implementation partners and other 3rd parties - i.e., be able to influence and guide towards successful outcomes. Understand the fundamentals of rapid prototyping and configure solutions to quickly demonstrate business needs in the form of a technology solution. Interact with the business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document the business requirements. Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality. Work with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation. Creatively apply the 80/20 rule in software development, following a Salesforce (out-of-the-box)-first mindset over custom solutions. Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery. Drive testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials. Drive configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. Understanding of general CRM architecture as well as Salesforce process defaults and data structures. Demonstrate proficiency with the use of Data Loader & Workbench tools. DevOps/release management experience. Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. Technical documentation and user guide creation. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels A proactive attitude to platform enhancements Excellent relationship-building skills Gathering requirements from stakeholders and documenting Translating requirements into technical solutions Experience in change management and governance Technical documentation Available and responsive to questions Release Management experience is preferred. Optimizing time management skills to remain organized and on task. Having GSuite/MS office experience and skill set is a plus. Using analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and showing attention to detail; and, Leading with a positive attitude and willing to work outside normal hours to troubleshoot high priority issues when needed.
