We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Team Lead who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and lead from the front. In the first few months, you'll be an individual contributor—immersing yourself in our product, processes, and client base. From there, you’ll transition into building and leading a high-performing team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). If you’re passionate about tech-driven sales, love solving real-world problems for businesses, and want to build and lead a team that delivers results—this is the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Business Development & Sales Leadership:Own and drive revenue targets for your territory. Pitch CPaaS solutions—SMS, WhatsApp API, IVR, RCS, Chatbots—to growing businesses. Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers across industries. Team Leadership & Coaching:Lead, guide, and inspire a team of BDEs to achieve (and exceed!) sales targets. Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and skill-enhancing training sessions. Jump in to help close big or strategic deals when needed. Sales Operations & Process:Ensure your team tracks leads, calls, demos, and deals with discipline and accuracy. Monitor CRM usage and keep sales data clean and actionable. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and onboarding teams to drive smooth client journeys. Client Success & Retention:Ensure clients are on-boarded smoothly and actively using our platform. Stay in touch to help them succeed—and grow with us. Requirements: 3–5 years of proven experience in software/SaaS sales—ideally in telecom, IT, or SMS solutions. Strong in solution/consultative selling to enterprise clients. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and professional communication. A natural leader and coach who loves helping others grow. Startup-ready mindset: Goal-driven, coachable, proactive, and a bit of a hustler. Bonus: Experience with CPaaS, marketing automation, or predictive analytics platforms.
