As a Senior Manager / Team Leader in the Sales department at our esteemed client, a leading name in the Indian Real Estate market since 1995, your role will be crucial in driving sales and revenue growth through strong client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Team Management:** Lead and mentor the sales team to create a collaborative and high-performance environment. - **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. - **Client Management:** Establish and nurture client relationships to deeply understand their requirements. - **Performance Monitoring:** Track sales performance, provide insights for continuous improvement, and manage the team for collective success. - **Sales Strategy:** Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends and client demands. - **Negotiation:** Lead negotiations, close transactions, meet sales goals, and ensure high client satisfaction. - **Market Insights:** Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in Commercial Real Estate leasing. - Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Track record of developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and knowledge of the local commercial real estate market. - Excellent communication in English & Hindi. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the preferred candidate profile includes: - **Sales Performance:** Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales. - **Relationship Management:** Strong skills in building and maintaining lasting client relationships. - **Market Insight:** Familiarity with the Hyderabad commercial real estate market is advantageous. - **Team Collaboration:** Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
