Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at our company in Ernakulam, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve set targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives - Setting sales targets and motivating the team to achieve them - Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback - Developing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Reporting on sales metrics and suggesting improvements - Conducting training sessions for new and existing team members To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Leadership and team management capabilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment In addition, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be preferred.
