Location: Near Malabar Christian College, Kannur road, Calicut
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the overseas education industry
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on knowledge and experience)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As the Sales Team Leader, your role will be crucial in managing the sales team and ensuring consistent conversion of student leads into successful admissions. Key responsibilities include:

• Team Management:
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of sales or admission counselors.
• Monitor daily activities, set targets, and ensure goal achievement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Sales & Conversion:
• Drive student enrollment through effective lead follow-ups and counseling strategies.
• Convert walk-in and online leads into successful admissions.
• Ensure high conversion rates across multiple study destinations.
• Market & Product Knowledge:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements, visa processes, and academic offerings across multiple countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Train the team on changing admission guidelines and market trends.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Work closely with counseling, documentation, and visa teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
• Client Servicing:
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated student/parent concerns.
• Represent the company professionally during seminars, fairs, and webinars.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the study abroad or overseas education industry.
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of admission processes across multiple countries (especially USA, UK, Canada, Australia).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for student success.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
