Our client, a Transport & Logistics company, is looking for a Team Lead – Sales to manage a team of B2B Sales Executives. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, onboarding key clients, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operations. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead, motivate, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets. ● Develop and implement sales strategies and onboard key corporate clients (manufacturers, distributors, SMEs). ● Provide coaching, monitor team performance, and ensure alignment with business goals. ● Oversee preparation, negotiation, and execution of quotations, contracts, and client communications. ● Coordinate with operations for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. ● Maintain CRM records and analyze sales metrics to drive team performance. ● Foster long-term client relationships and explore cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. ● Proven experience leading a sales team, preferably in logistics or B2B sectors. ● Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. ● Proficiency with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
