Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Team Lead at F&A Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. The position is on-site, based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team, setting sales targets, and strategizing to meet these targets. Daily tasks include managing customer service interactions, analyzing sales data, and communicating effectively with team members and clients. The Sales Team Lead will ensure the team meets company objectives and maintains high-performance standards.
