The candidate should adapt to selling styles based on customer behavior, identify buying signals, and handle objections effectively. Responsibilities include promoting products in the field, building strong customer relationships, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business while consistently meeting key KPIs.
Team handling & maintaining good relationship with Team. Setting targets and assigning among the team members. Monitoring performance of Team comparing to monthly target. Customer handling in store and at sites, when required. Scheduling training for all new joiners. Conducting refresher training for existing team members. Creating new leads and cracking sales. Regular market visits, for assigned geography.

Servicing the needs of customers i.e., obtaining orders, establishing new customers, architects, developers and organizing daily work schedule to follow up and retaining existing or new clients. Regular field work, for assigned geography Keep up to date knowledge of the products. Manage information by submitting daily activity reports and, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans. Meeting with Dealers, Architects, Builders on regular basis. Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements. Target marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor's strengths, and weaknesses. Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
