As an HR Recruiter (Non-IT), you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably non-IT), possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong passion for talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess the candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the recruitment system. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and potential candidates for future openings. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Assist with employer branding and other HR-related tasks as required. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in non-IT recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and organized. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with candidates effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Educational Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in any field.
