About the Role: Prestige Constructions is looking for a dynamic, driven and detail-obsessed individual to join our Sales Strategy team. This role will be a key catalyst in our project go-to-market process, anchoring everything from content and collateral creation to pricing, market research and pre-launch operations. It requires high collaboration across cross-functional teams – architects, sales, CRM, legal, and pre-sales. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, open-ended environment and is ready to go beyond conventional boundaries to make launches sharper and sustenance campaigns more effective. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Collateral & Content Creation Own the end-to-end creation and review of sales and marketing collateral: brochures, digital, website content, project FAQs, pricing sheets, etc. Craft compelling narratives that reflect the positioning and value proposition of each project. Work closely with design, digital, and branding teams to bring materials to life. Develop clear and differentiated positioning strategies in alignment with business and design teams. Research and product positioning for new project or product lines—such as luxury segments, or senior living. 2. Pre-Launch Hustle Drive the go-to-market (GTM) readiness: from coordinating launch timelines to preparing project-specific documents such as RERA dockets, booking forms, sales agreements, SAP readiness, etc. Act as the bridge between marketing, legal, technical and sales teams to ensure sales-readiness. Ensure all pre-sales, sales and CRM training and communication collaterals are completed in coordination with relevant teams. 3. Market Research & Pricing Strategy Conduct primary and secondary market research to track competitors, understand buyer personas, and analyse micro-markets. Collaborate with sales heads to continuously update and adapt basis market absorption, sales velocity and buyer feedback. 4. Sales Support & Sustenance Partner with central sales and marketing to build campaigns that drive quality lead flow. Provide ongoing support through insights and reviews to sharpen conversion. Act as a strategic right-hand to the Sales Head—owning follow-ups, preparing business reviews, consolidating cross-functional inputs, and ensuring execution across teams. Help track KPIs, support internal reviews, and maintain a pulse on ongoing sales campaigns and lead performance. Who You Are: 8–10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, GTM, Brand/Sales Enablement or Marketing in real estate or a high-ticket industry. A highly collaborative professional with the ability to work across legal, architecture and sales teams. Sharp attention to detail with exceptional written and communication skills. Strong project management skills , able to handle multiple moving parts in parallel. Self-starter with a hunger to take ownership and go beyond the brief. Why Join Sales Strategy?
