We are looking for a *Manager – Agency Strategy* to design and drive strategic initiative in Agency channel.The role will focus on enabling business growth, strengthening distribution capabilities, and building sustainable performance models across region.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute strategic plans for agency growth and productivity.
✅ Drive recruitment, activation, and retention of Life Mitras.
✅ Partner with Area and branch leadership to implement business campaigns.
✅ Use data analytics to track performance, identify gaps, and suggest interventions.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Training, HR, Operations, Marketing) to enable sales force effectiveness.
✅ Conduct reviews and share insights to support decision making.

What We’re Looking For
🔹 MBA/Graduate with 5–10 years’ experience in Sales / Strategy / Distribution (preferably in Life Insurance or Financial Services).
🔹 Strong analytical and planning skills with execution excellence.
🔹 Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
🔹 Strong Command on Excel & Powerpoint ,Power BI , Automation & AI uses !
🔹 Ability to work with diverse teams and drive results through influence.
