Employment Note:

About the Role:

Sales Operations Specialist has a strong expertise in automotive industry analysis, dealer operations, demand forecasting, and performance reporting. Plays a key role in supporting sales strategy through data-driven insights, efficient order and inventory management, and close coordination with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to ensure optimized vehicle dispatches and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze premium and luxury automotive industry data, including market trends, segment performance, and brand-level movements, to prepare management-ready industry overviews and strategic insights.
Manage end-to-end dealer order management for high-value vehicles, ensuring accurate vehicle allocation, optimal inventory levels, and timely invoicing in line with OEM standards.
Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize dispatch planning, reduce lead times, and ensure careful handling and timely delivery of premium vehicles to dealer networks.
Prepare detailed sales, stock, and performance reports for internal controlling, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring high accuracy and governance.
Forecast and plan monthly, quarterly, and annual volumes for premium models, balancing demand signals, production constraints, and dealer capacity.
Act as a reporting and analytics specialist by evaluating internal lead and test drive data, identifying funnel inefficiencies, and recommending targeted actions to improve conversion and customer journey quality.
Conduct competitive analysis of luxury automotive brands, benchmarking volumes, product positioning, and market dynamics to support sales and pricing strategies.
