Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain strong partnerships with dealer stakeholders. Manage sensitive network issues including dealer exits, ensuring all terminations and transitions are handled with full legal compliance and minimal business disruption. Dealer Financial Monitoring: Oversee the financial health of dealer partners by implementing periodic financial reporting, risk assessment, and profitability monitoring frameworks. Proactively identify and address financial risks across the dealer network. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and represent Porsche India’s Network Development function at various internal and external forums, including Porsche Middle East (PME), Porsche AG (PAG), and SAVWIPL forums. Actively participate in strategic projects like the Dealer Profitability Study, Network Quality (NQ) Conferences, and Shared Initiatives. Systems and Technology Enablement: Support other business-critical initiatives including DMS (Dealer Management System) rollouts, dealer performance evaluations, and network digital transformation projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
