We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Manager to streamline our sales processes, optimize performance, and support revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM tools, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize end-to-end sales operations and workflows.
Maintain and improve CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for accurate data management and reporting.
Analyze sales metrics, performance trends, and revenue forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to align goals and improve processes.
Design and implement incentive plans, sales targets, and performance dashboards.
Monitor pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and sales productivity metrics.
Ensure smooth onboarding and training of sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.
Identify process gaps and recommend automation or improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales enablement tools.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and data analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
