Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities related to sales, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all sales processes. Key responsibilities include optimizing customer service and satisfaction levels, coordinating between sales teams and other departments, analyzing sales data, and managing strategic initiatives to improve the overall operations and client experience. The role requires regular interactions with customers and team members to ensure smooth execution of processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field
