Job Description

Parker's Consulting & Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Tele caller to join our team for Corporate Loan Distribution (DSA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our corporate loan products, and securing appointments for further consultations. The Tele caller will be the first point of contact for corporate clients looking for financial solutions and will play a key role in driving new business and maintaining relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients for business loans. Make outbound calls to businesses to promote our corporate loan products and services. Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and interactions in the CRM system. Product Explanation & Consultation: Explain the different types of corporate loan products available (e.g., working capital loans, term loans, business expansion loans, etc.). Understand the clients' financial needs and suggest appropriate loan solutions. Schedule meetings or follow-up calls with clients for further discussions. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage business. Address client queries and provide timely and accurate information about loan products, processes, and terms. Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify leads based on their financial needs, business type, and loan eligibility. Follow up with leads through various communication channels to convert them into clients. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to the loan application process. Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed. Data Management: Maintain and update client databases. Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation, calls, and outcomes. Personal Attributes: Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Able to work independently and meet performance targets. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support other team members. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Adaptability: Able to adjust communication style and strategies to suit different client needs.
