Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Job TitleP&L, located in Agra. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing profit and loss management, financial planning, and budgeting. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial statements, preparing reports, assessing operational performance, and developing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs. The person in this role will also work closely with various departments to ensure financial goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in profit and loss management, financial planning, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and report preparation
  • Strong skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and cost management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the banking or finance industry is an advantage
