Sales Operations Manager

Job Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales and Operation Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operations and sales activities for our Jaipur region. You will be responsible for managing the local team, driving sales, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Drive revenue targets and meet monthly sales goals for the region Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B leads Monitor performance of sales executives and support their growth Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including logistics, fulfilment, and support Coordinate with central teams for inventory, dispatch, and service issues Ensure SOPs are followed and local compliance is maintained Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer escalations efficiently Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage on-ground sales and ops staff Set goals, review KPIs, and maintain high team morale Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and growth Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, revenue, and operations Analyze sales data and suggest improvement strategies Provide regular updates to senior leadership Key Skills Required: Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on experience with sales CRM tools and operational dashboards Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Familiarity with local market dynamics in Jaipur and surrounding areas Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field MBA is a plus but not mandatory Show more Show less
