What would you do?
"-Candidate should have overall experience 15+ years with 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement. Preferably in a GBS or a BPO organization-Working with senior level of the organisation. Partnered with client organisations in driving and delivering change-Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement and automation initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.-Experience in managing risk and controls frameworks and driving operational compliance.-Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and operational excellence principles.-Strong understanding of automation technologies and tools, with the ability to drive technology-driven process improvements.-Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.-Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Domain skills:-Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Pricing & Rebate management-Good understanding of Go To Market modelsExceptional leadership, team-building and motivational skills
  • Gained substantial experience in the technology (High Tech and Software) sector, driving initiatives that improved online presence and customer engagement on a global scale
  • Result oriented leader managing teams of 150+ HC working in remote and hybrid environment.
  • Deep expertise in managing sales operations back office processes with knowledge of operations processes, tools and technology.
  • Successfully navigated and collaborated across diverse cultural landscapes in Americas, Europe and AsiaPacific, enhancing cross-border teamwork and communication
  • Proven record in complex problem solving and executive escalation management
  • Strong analytical and logical skills to interpret metrics and drive actionable insights
