Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Services Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Senior Services Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role includes coordinating with VLE partners, addressing customer concerns, and streamlining service processes. Additionally, the Senior Services Manager will be tasked with team management, performance monitoring, and implementing service strategies to achieve business goals. Qualifications Customer Service and Client Management skills Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Strategic Planning experience Team Leadership, Performance Monitoring, and Conflict Resolution skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience in the EV industry is a plus Show more Show less
