Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Operations Manager, based in Kolkata. The Sales and Operations Manager will oversee daily operations management, ensure customer satisfaction, develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer service interactions, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. The role involves working closely with various departments to drive efficiency and achieve company objectives.
