Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager for one of our prominent clients to oversee day-to-day business operations and drive sales growth. This role involves managing client relationships, leading sales initiatives, streamlining internal operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator, a strong leader, and highly organized, with a solid understanding of both sales and operational functions. Key Responsibilities:  Sales Management: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and government segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships. Prepare sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and report on monthly KPIs to senior management. Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Represent the organization at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the Vadodara office, ensuring effective coordination between departments. Manage staffing requirements, workflow efficiency, and operational resources to support business goals. Supervise the delivery of training programs, services, and products, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable legal/regulatory requirements. Liaise with finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless support and communication. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and mentor the sales and support team, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance productivity and motivation. Promote a collaborative, client-focused work environment. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or operations. Minimum 2 years of experience in education, training, EdTech, or skill development sector. Proven ability to manage teams and independently handle branch operations Familiarity with the local market and client segments. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
