Taskpey Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing fintech company focused on delivering innovative digital payment solutions, including QR code and card payment systems, to small and medium-sized businesses. We are expanding our footprint across Madhya Pradesh and are looking for a driven Sales Operations Manager to lead and scale our field sales operations.

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for hiring, managing, and optimizing the performance of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) across Madhya Pradesh. This role plays a critical part in merchant acquisition, sales process coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth execution of on-ground sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage Field Sales Executives (FSEs) across Madhya Pradesh for merchant acquisition.
  • Plan and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales operations to ensure target achievement.
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new FSEs and provide continuous coaching and performance support.
  • Monitor field activities, merchant onboarding progress, and sales funnel performance.
  • Drive merchant acquisition for QR code and card payment solutions through the field sales team.
  • Act as a coordination point between sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales data to identify gaps and improve sales strategies.
  • Organize and support sales meetings, reviews, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Strengthen market penetration and expand the merchant base across assigned regions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in Fintech, QR, or digital payments.
  • Proven experience in hiring and managing large field sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of merchant acquisition strategies and market expansion.
  • Hands-on experience with channel partner and field sales models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from sales data.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of QR code payments, POS, and card payment systems is an added advantage.
