Payment Executive Cum Accountant

Taskpey Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Payments Executive Cum Accountant who will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities:
1.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

2.Manage general ledger entries.

3. Handle accounts receivable and recovery processes efficiently.

4. Draft professional emails, make payments and prepare reports

5. Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve financial issues.

6. Follow up with clients/customers for overdue payments via calls, emails etc., Maintain and update records of all recovery efforts and client communications..

7. Make payments to the merchants.

8. Maintain records (Excel, Google sheets) for the payment that is done from your side.

9. Have Experience of Accounting software.

10. Basics of accounting.

11. Recovery of fund.

12. Availability from 10 AM- 10 PM, and on sunday's as well.

13. Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.

14. Preferred Male Candidates and immediate joiners.

15. Coordinate with data team for data requirement and management .

16. Communicate with the Team Leaders and other person as and when required for smooth functioning .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
