Your role as a Night Shift Manager at University Living will involve the following responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the night shift Sales and Operations teams effectively. - Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures. - Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance the team's performance. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback for improvement. - Oversee all operational activities during the night shift to maintain efficiency and productivity.
