Job Description

As a Female Sales & Operations Manager at our Gymnastics Center, you will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, leading a team, and managing front-desk operations to ensure a positive experience for visitors and smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for telecalling and customer engagement. - Oversee front-desk operations to maintain a welcoming and professional environment. - Handle inquiries, address complaints, and provide accurate information. - Monitor and optimize the trial booking process to drive conversions. - Manage calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. - Maintain records, office supplies, and administrative functions. - Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and operational planning.
