Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager Corporate Training Location: Greater Noida ( HO ) Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead corporate relations with senior food industry officials and oversee end-to-end management of FOSTAC Training programs from HO in Noida. The role demands a balance of strategic partnership-building, operational leadership, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through industry collaborations, manage trainer networks, and ensure seamless delivery of government-mandated food safety training programs under guidelines. ______________ Key Responsibilities Corporate Relations & Business Development Build and nurture strong relationships with senior officials of food manufacturing companies, hospitality groups, QSR chains, and regulatory bodies. Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients and industry associations for FOSTAC trainings. Represent the organization in meetings, industry events, and conferences related to FSSAI and food safety standards. Collaborate with corporate HR, L&D, and quality heads to plan customized training schedules as per FSSAI mandates. Generate business opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and government tenders. ______________ Training Operations & Delivery Management Plan, organize, and execute FOSTAC trainings pan-India in coordination with FSSAI, corporate clients, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with FSSAIs operational guidelines, training structure, and documentation protocols. Monitor training delivery quality, trainer adherence, participant satisfaction, and certification completion. Maintain updated records of training batches, attendance, feedback, and certification timelines. Implement systems for reporting, tracking, and auditing of all training operations Team Leadership & Coordination Supervise a cross-functional team including operations coordinators, trainers, and field executives. Set measurable performance targets (training numbers, revenue, quality KPIs) and ensure achievement. Maintain synergy with internal departments Marketing, Accounts, HR, and Technology for process efficiency. ______________ Required Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Food Technology, Management, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in corporate relations, training operations, sales etc. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and relationship management with CXOs and senior officials. Proven ability to handle nationwide operations and multiple stakeholders. Strong leadership, planning, and project execution skills. Data-driven approach with proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively across India.
