 Support the APJ Sales Organization Salesforce.com CRM administration around Accounts & Opportunities Drive forecast accuracy by ensuring data compliance in salesforce.com CRM Daily troubleshooting for users and business owners in salesforce.com Report creation for analytics, data quality, and ad hoc queries Manage SFDC data imports and updates for APJ Analyze sales process pain points, and work with Sales Ops leadership to develop long-term solutions Assist in the creation and roll-out of strategic programs to drive efficiency & “unlock easy” for our Sales team, including requirements gathering, functionality research, planning, and implementation support as required Drive opportunity data management controls, processes, and data quality Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and growth. Resolve Sales Support tickets for Sales Users around account, opportunity, and process management. Support annual business planning process related to territory planning. Support ongoing realignment of Customers and Prospects and related Territory Management via data assignments in salesforce.com CRM Be an advocate of the field and champion an “easy to do business with” approach; drive continuous improvement on all related sales processes, documents, and tools to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Sales process. Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Global Business Apps, and Finance in support of all the processes, projects and activities that impact data quality and process optimization Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and requirements Monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a global sales or sales operations environment Prior experience supporting teams located regionally and/or globally, highly desirable. Minimum Of 2 Years’ Experience In Salesforce.com Familiarity with Enterprise software, Cloud, and Services Sales. Experience with sales forecasting tools such as Clari or Gong would be a plus Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to completion Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Consideration for privacy and security obligations Advanced MS Excel skills Fluent English You will have an extra dose of awesome if you 
 Experience within a 500MM-1B revenue organization Analytical and detail orientated with a drive for results. Open and collaborative, works as a team with professionalism. Disciplined – able to prioritize and work with rigor to high standards; able to follow process and produce quality deliverables. Mastery of organizational and project management techniques. Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability. Exceptional communication capabilities, written and oral. Proven ability to work in a fluid environment.
