Job Description

Ensuring CRM hygiene, administration & change management for Sales functions Measuring and monitoring sales team activities and performance on multiple tools that the team uses, such as sales engagement tools, cold calling tools, CRM, etc Keep track of sales process checks and highlight deviations on process and CRM hygiene Own SDR team variable and incentive compensation Responsible for Admin level access and control on all tools that the sales team is using Closely work with Sales Ops Lead and share the key findings on a regular basis to proactively work on them Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of Sales Operations experience in a fast paced organization in B2B SaaS space Excellent communication skills: written, interpersonal and presentation skills Proficient in GTM Tech stack such as: Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Reply.io, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, CommonRoom, Nooks, etc Proficiency in data management/analytical tools including experience with: (Must) Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PPT & Google suite product, (Preferred) Experience with BA & BI Tools like Advanced Excel/R/Python & Tableau/PowerBI/Data Studio would be an added advantage Attention to detail and speed of execution with adherence to deadlines. Ability to work at a cross-functional level, manage multiple, concurrent projects and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and achieve results through strong influence, persuasion & collaboration Ability to be accountable & responsible for any work assigned with extreme level of ownership Proactiveness at all levels is a must.
