Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager – IT/SaaS

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager with a strong background in IT, SaaS, or subscription-based business models. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure business efficiency and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end sales cycles for IT/SaaS solutions.
  • Drive subscription sales and renewals, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Build, train, and mentor the sales & support team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
  • Manage operations, client onboarding, and customer success processes.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to align customer requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare sales/operations reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention, satisfaction, and upselling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Operations within IT / SaaS / Subscription business.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, customer acquisition, and renewals.
  • Strong understanding of subscription models, SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong operations management skills with a process-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in health-tech, fintech, or SaaS product companies.
  • Prior experience in team leadership and scaling operations.
  • Knowledge of global SaaS markets and enterprise sales.
