Job Description - Sales Operation Manager:
Experience: 10 to 18 years Location: Goregaon Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support and streamline our sales processes. The role involves managing quotations, CRM updates, invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and bid management activities to enhance overall sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review customer quotations/proposals as per client requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales data in CRM (customer records,

opportunities, order status, etc.).

Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and channel partners for pricing, product

details, and timely order execution.

Monitor invoice generation, track payment status, and ensure timely collections.

Assist and manage bid/tender documentation, submissions, and compliance

requirements. operational efficiency. templates.

Review sales processes and recommend improvements for faster turnaround and

Skills & Competencies
