Job Description

As the Manager, Sales Operations and Enablement, you will be responsible for operationally managing a team of functional individual contributors focused on enabling the sales force with relevant and valuable sales tools, processes, methods, and training. Your role will involve fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the sales team in defining the approach to the market and achieving set targets through effective sales processes, tools, and training. - Act as a mentor, coach, and advisor to the sales force by delivering consistent and valuable training interventions to enable continuous improvement and revenue growth. - Provide sales tools and methodologies to assist in managing account opportunities, pipelines, and forecasting efforts, ensuring accessibility and tool utility training. - Plan and organize multiple work outputs by assigning priorities and continuously reviewing objectives and goals. - Improve sales performance through evolving processes, technology, and methodologies. - Act as a change agent for sales initiatives by executing enabling activities such as tools, process, and methods. - Identify and develop improvements to current processes and methods. - Provide knowledge and skills that enable successful customer business outcomes. - Work with smaller sales teams and provide operational management to a team of functional individual contributors, implement sales onboarding, as well as relevant training and coaching. - Track sales metrics and manage accuracy, providing related reporting to relevant stakeholders. - Provide sales process management support for sales teams. - Ensure the delivery of content and communication related to marketing and sales collateral and commercial messaging. - Work with internal stakeholders and benchmark external data to assist with the development of compensation plans. - Ensure that enablement technology continues to provide value and regularly review and audit the technology stack to ensure relevance and usefulness. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as SPIN and Solution Selling are desirable. The Manager, Sales Operations and Enablement role requires advanced knowledge in IT operations, service offerings, IT industry environment, business needs, team leadership, business acumen, collaboration skills, client environment, sales environments, solution selling concepts, sales process design, problem analysis, solution formulation, and learning orientation. You should have a demonstrable level of experience in a similar role within a related environment, operationally managing a sales operations/effectiveness team, dealing with stakeholders, and strategic and operational planning.,
