Job Description

This position is designed for energetic sales professionals who can expand life insurance reach by building a reliable advisor base and supporting them in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Source and activate new insurance advisors
Conduct on-ground sales activities along with advisors
Drive policy sourcing and ensure quality business
Monitor advisor performance and provide regular feedback
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of hardcore field sales experience
Must have earned incentives of 25,000 or more in one year
Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-oriented role
