Youβll build, lead, and execute the strategy to attract enterprise clients, generate revenue, and strengthen our global brand. This is a strategic and execution-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. π― Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Execution Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting β pitching β proposal β closure Identify new business opportunities in target markets (US, Europe, APAC) Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and procurement heads Achieve quarterly revenue targets through direct sales and channel partnerships 2. Marketing & Brand Leadership Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns to position Neural Roots AI as a thought leader in AI consulting Oversee content strategy, email outreach, social media presence (esp. LinkedIn), and webinars Create sales and marketing collateral β pitch decks, case studies, capability brochures Own website messaging and SEO optimization in collaboration with designers 3. CRM, Analytics & Forecasting Implement CRM tools and lead funnel tracking Report key KPIs, revenue forecasts, and deal conversion metrics to leadership β What Weβre Looking For Must-Have Skills 5β10 years of experience in sales or marketing leadership roles in tech or AI services Strong background in selling AI, ML, or data-centric services to global enterprise customers Proven track record of closing $50kβ$500k+ deals Experience in building marketing strategy and demand generation campaigns Excellent storytelling, presentation, and consultative selling skills Bonus Experience with early-stage startups or building GTM from scratch Familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI integration tools Understanding of pricing models for AI consulting, SaaS, or hybrid service offerings Experience working with agencies and contractors (e.g., content, SEO, design) π Preferred Background Bachelor's or Masterβs degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field AI/Tech certifications or awareness of platforms like OpenAI, AWS AI/ML stack, LangChain, etc. πΌ What Success Looks Like (First 6β12 Months) Launch a qualified leads pipeline with 20β30 strong prospects Close first 3β5 global accounts with recurring consulting revenue Position Neural Roots as a credible AI services brand through content, events, and partnerships Set up CRM, sales reporting structure, and repeatable outreach playbooks π° Compensation & Growth Competitive base + performance-linked incentives Fast-track leadership growth in a scaling AI startup π© Ready to Shape the Future with AI?
