Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our team as an outbound

Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and nurture leads and build

a strong client pipeline, and drive revenue growth by promoting Bright Brain’s digital marketing

services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in outbound sales, a strong

understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute robust opportunity generation strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Decision-Makers

across geographies.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyse industry trends

Qualify leads, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and convert them into long-term

contracts.

Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and high client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, delivery, and design) to ensure seamless client

onboarding and delivery.


Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback for

management review.

Stay updated with global digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies to enhance

sales effectiveness.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing,

Communication Design, etc.).

Proven experience in client acquisition and sales operations.

Familiarity with lead generation platforms, qualification processes, and CRM systems.

Experience in handling sales analytics, reporting, and proposal creation.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and CRM/sales tools.


Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.

Ability to engage with senior decision-makers across global markets.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and client relationship building.


Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound Sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency or

paid advertising agency).
