Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage walk-ins, inbound inquiries, and site visits for ongoing & upcoming real estate projects
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
  • Deliver professional project presentations and follow a defined sales process
  • Convert leads from digital marketing, channel partners, and referrals
  • Coordinate and schedule client site visits & update daily follow-up reports
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as single point of contact throughout the buying journey
  • Assist in closure of bookings, documentation & payment follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Portfolio Management / Luxury Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work under target-driven environment
