Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Lead and manage all sales operations for Amaore Learning. Drive revenue growth through school partnerships, customer outreach, and online education solutions. Identify new business opportunities in the education market. Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets. Marketing & Branding Oversee all marketing activities including digital campaigns, promotions, and brand building. Manage social media, online marketing, and local school marketing initiatives. Develop marketing materials and presentations for clients and schools. Client & School Relations Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and education partners. Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings with school administrators. Provide solutions tailored to academic needs and online learning programs. Leadership & Management Act as an owner of the business unit, taking complete responsibility for operations. Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve performance targets. Coordinate with academic, support, and product teams to improve offerings. Required Skills Strong sales and marketing skills Experience in the education sector (schools, learning programs, online education) Excellent communication and language skills Expertise in online sales tools and digital marketing Leadership and team management abilities Negotiation and presentation skills Preferred Experience Prior experience in EdTech or school sales Experience handling both online and offline sales channels Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,829.06 - ₹49,119.42 per month Work Location: In person
