Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the Real Estate department, your role involves managing and overseeing the performance of sales executives to achieve team targets. You will assign leads, monitor sales activities, and ensure follow-ups by the sales team. Identifying potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling is crucial in this role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their property needs is a key responsibility. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the processes of buying, selling, or leasing properties. Your responsibilities also include liaising with builders to establish strong partnerships, finalize project collaborations, and negotiate terms for successful deals. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of agreements and project details with builders is essential. Promoting and marketing available properties to prospective clients using diverse marketing channels is part of your daily tasks. Conducting meetings and site visits to showcase properties, emphasizing their features and benefits is also required. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop impactful sales materials and campaigns is important for the success of the sales targets. Negotiating terms and prices with buyers, sellers, and agents to close deals effectively is a key aspect of the role. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and property listings is part of your routine tasks. Providing regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and market insights to management is also expected. Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets is a critical measure of success in this role. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. A diploma in business management or a related field is an added advantage. - Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Prior experience in managing a sales team is preferred. - Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and builders. In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Please note that the job is full-time and permanent.
