Sales Manager

The Sales Manager at Amaore Learning leads all sales, marketing, and business development activities. This role requires an ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for driving growth, managing market strategies, and expanding the company’s presence in the education sector. The candidate must have strong experience in school-level outreach, online learning programs, and education-based sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Lead and manage all sales operations for Amaore Learning.
• Drive revenue growth through school partnerships, customer outreach, and online education solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities in the education market.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.

Marketing & Branding

• Oversee all marketing activities including digital campaigns, promotions, and brand building.
• Manage social media, online marketing, and local school marketing initiatives.
• Develop marketing materials and presentations for clients and schools.

Client & School Relations

• Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and education partners.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings with school administrators.
• Provide solutions tailored to academic needs and online learning programs.

Leadership & Management

• Act as an owner of the business unit, taking complete responsibility for operations.
• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with academic, support, and product teams to improve offerings.

Pay: ₹14,829.06 - ₹49,119.42 per month
