You will play a crucial role as a Regional Sales Manager at Statcon Powtech Private Limited, a prominent player in the renewable energy sector. With a focus on designing and manufacturing high-quality solar inverters and power conditioning systems, the company is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for the solar energy industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within your assigned region. - Develop and execute plans for market expansion, including establishing new distribution channels. - Create monthly visiting plans for all ASM team members and ensure effective implementation through regular follow-up and discussions. - Formulate and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy that aligns with company goals. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape effective sales strategies. - Maintain relationships with distributors, appoint new distributors, and handle claims settlements. - Collaborate with other departments like marketing and product development to ensure a cohesive approach to market needs. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or B.tech. - 3-9 years of proven sales experience in the solar industry, inverter & electrical industry, in a managerial role. - Deep understanding of solar/battery/UPS technology and market trends. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies. - Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region.,
