Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – India Market to lead our market entry and revenue growth in India for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR Technology platform. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in selling B2B SaaS / HR Tech solutions in the Indian market, along with strong networks among HR leaders, recruiters, and decision-makers.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndia Market Entry & Growth
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for launching ATS and HR solutions in India
  • Identify target industries, customer segments, and regional opportunities
  • Establish sales processes aligned with Indian buying behaviors and enterprise needs
Sales Execution & Revenue Ownership
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across SMBs, mid-market, and enterprises
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for India
Client Relationship & Enterprise Selling
  • Build relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, and founders
  • Position ATS as a compliance-ready, scalable, and ROI-driven solution
  • Handle complex enterprise negotiations and multi-stakeholder deals
Team & Channel Development
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor India-based sales executives (as market scales)
  • Build partnerships with HR consultants, staffing firms, and ecosystem partners
  • Collaborate with channel partners and resellers where applicable
Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
  • Track competitors (Indian and global ATS/HRMS players) and pricing models
  • Share insights with Product and Marketing teams to localize features and messaging
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and localization strategy for India
Reporting & CRM Discipline
  • Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports in CRM/ATS
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in India
  • Minimum 2–3 years selling ATS / HRMS / HR Tech solutions
  • Proven success in India market entry, expansion, or scaling SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of Indian enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
